  • New Dowco Fastrax saddlebags

Well I upgraded my luggage from milk create to Dowco Dastrax Sport saddlebags which I got at DC Bike Show. The bags are very nice built in rain cover more than enough room to get milk, bread... The only problem is the zipper closest to the seat is hard to pull with the seat on. So when I open it up last night to take the pictures the pull tap came off Now I get to see how fast their service is on the life time warranty

Very nice upgrade. Hopefully the pull tab was just a fluke.

They go on easy two large straps hold them together which fits under the seat. Comes with extra tie downs if you don't want to at all. I will take some pic tonight showing how they mount before I box them up.

Just pay extra attention to where the straps come into contact with the plastics. With the road vibes etc, they'll scuff the clear coat. You need to add extra protection at those spots.

                  They do look nice though.

Cool deal. I only got a Solo Cowl on the SV so I'm hoping they would work with just the cowl or there was another way to mount them. looking forward to seeying some pics to how they mount.

The company ad shows them on a SV so no problem fitting. Here are the pic and they do come with protection pad for the straps I just chose not to use them since the straps have a rubber backing.

Do you have contact information for a distributor for these guys? I like the way they mount and for a reasonable price they will work fine for what I need Thanks again for the pics and info!

I got mine at the DC bike show you can order from their web-site or use the dealer locator. http://www.dowcopowersports.com/index.cfm
Google fastrax sport saddlebags about $10 cheaper at most sites.
